For custom kits, please allow 3-5 business days processing time as these are very labor-intensive and crafted only for you.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

Customized products need around 3-5 business days to be processed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouses.
Process time and shipping time may be longer due to any holiday.
Due to the failure of the random transportation system, some countries and regions may not be able to deliver. We will contact you in time and help you with the order.

SHIPPING faq

What shipping provider do you use?
We mainly use USPS. A tracking number will also be provided for all orders.
Why is my tracking info not updating?
Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).
How long will it take for my order to arrive considering handling time plus shipping time?
Handling time is 3-5 business days. This is when our warehouse team prepares your order for shipping.
Shipping time depends on your location. If you are in the US, it will usually take 8-15 business days for the item to be delivered. This means that it will take around 18 - 20 business days to be delivered.
