Shipping Policy

For custom kits, please allow 3-5 business days processing time as these are very labor-intensive and crafted only for you.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Customized products need around 3-5 business days to be processed.
• After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouses.
• Process time and shipping time may be longer due to any holiday.
• Due to the failure of the random transportation system, some countries and regions may not be able to deliver. We will contact you in time and help you with the order.

SHIPPING FAQ

• What shipping provider do you use?
  We mainly use USPS. A tracking number will also be provided for all orders.
• Why is my tracking info not updating? 
  Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).
• How long will it take for my order to arrive considering handling time plus shipping time?
  Handling time is 3-5 business days. This is when our warehouse team prepares your order for shipping.
  Shipping time depends on your location. If you are in the US, it will usually take 8-15 days for the item to be delivered. This means that it will take around 18 - 20 business days to be delivered.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (Custom products excluded)

We don't accept cancellations for Custom products

Custom products are made specially by request and we won't accept cancellations once orders are fulfilled. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We require buyers to send "photos" of the items that show defects if there are any.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Used products

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
